 Praise the lord.

Bible- 1 Timothy 4:12

Titus 2:1-15.

Title- Pure and Holy Conduct.

Praise the Lord everyone. You are all welcome today. I believe that you are and must be well in your respective place. God cares for us and guides us. He makes us civilized and gives us such education that we are going may improve our personal life. The Bible teaches us that believers should be civilized, our conduct should be pure and holy. Because it is pleasing to God and good conduct pleases God.

We heard from Brother Jatin last Sunday that Paul was encouraging Timothy to be an example. Paul wants Timothy to make his life a role model life so that he can be an example to the church. In 1 Timothy 4:12, Paul says to be a model for believers in word, conduct, love, faith and holiness so that no one despises his youth.

Timothy is a young boy and Paul wants him to solidify his life so that he becomes a role model in front of people and people may not ignore him because of his young age.

Young boys and girls many times face such situations when people do not give them importance. Do not take their views and advice.

Do not give them much responsibility. Even if they give, they remain in doubt that how they will be able to fulfill it. They are disqualified many times. There are two reasons for this "the first is young age" and "the second is young things, thinking, behavior and attitude". Young boys and girls keep themselves in front of the people without change. They does not bring any changes in themselves. Due to which they are disqualified for many things. That's why Paul advises Timothy to bring a change in his life so that people will pay attention to him and see the change in his life. And make him their ideal. In Romans 12:1-2, Paul urges not to make yourself like this world, but to change your conduct.

Paul wrote some of the letters and he also wrote a letter to Titus. Titus was also a young man and was left by Paul in the city of Crete to reform and appoint innocent people to the ministry (1:5). Paul teaches Titus that your teachings must be true. Be it for a person of any age. Speak and learn with full authority so that no one feels despised 2:15).

In this chapter Titus is explaining to 5 types of people.

1- Old man.

2- Old lady.

3- Young man.

4- Young lady.

5- slaves.

Although there are no older people in our church, we will still see what the Word of God has to say for older men. Because I understand that when people get old, then they come forward to teach young people and other category of people through their experience, they are an example for people. So that is why it is important that we pay attention in our personal life that how we are living our life. If old people have not adopted good conduct in their life, then other people will not respect them, will not take their advice and will completely reject them. Therefore, I urge all of you to adopt good conduct, behavior and good conduct in your present days. So that when you are mature in your days, people will listen to you and take your advice and respect you.

There are no old people in our church but there are some brothers and sisters who are a little older in age, they are taking experiences because of their growing age. Being older, they are also teaching their younger brother and sisters. This is a good thing but it is very important for us elder brothers and sisters that before teaching we are the ones who bring change in our life because the learner pays attention to your words only when they can see the change in your own life. And those who are younger brothers and sisters, do not keep yourself away from today's message because you are also growing in your age. Fully accept today.

Although this chapter has been written to give good education and to teach others, but when you think about it carefully you will see that this chapter is asking to change your own life before teaching. This message is for Titus to teach and to learn as well as Titus himself.

Many times it is seen that when we learn something new in our life or we come to know something new, then we bring it in front of the people, we distribute it to the people very beautifully. We take pride that we can be the ones to bring something new to the people. We want to teach people many times so that our name would get exalted in front of the people. But you should note that the word of God is for your life before teaching it to others. Before teaching the word of God it is there to change your life.

That is why there is a need to change yourself on the basis of the words of God. In verse 2, Titus is exhorting older people to be alert, serious, and self-control, and that their faith, love, and patience are strong.

As we all know that there are no older people in our church but we all need to be alert, serious and sober.

All of us brothers and sisters should have three types of qualities.

1 Alert - Always be aware of your responsibility. Never be careless. Be the one to do your work on time. Be ready for any situation. And always be aware of the tricks of the devil because our enemy is always in search of whom to destroy. Hence there is a need to always be alert and awake.

Do you remember when Jesus went to pray in the Garden of Gethsemane and Jesus' disciples were with him? Jesus inspired them to be spiritually awake. Similarly, we people also need to be alert and awake.

2. Serious - We need to be serious in our life. Being serious shows that you are maturing in your life. Being serious does not mean that you should remove the laughing jokes from your life. Being serious means that you show caution in situations. You act in a proper manner in the circumstances. You should not only stay in humorous posts, but work with your understanding. Many times we are serious about the world, but more than getting serious about the world, we need to be more serious about God and his kingdom (Colossians 3:1-4).

3 Self control - Having self-control is very important in the life of all of us. A person who has restraint controls his self. With restraint, you will be able to restrain yourself from the things that your cravings inspire you to do. If you bring restraint in your conduct, then we will also be saved from evil. Titus 2:12 states that the word of God warns us to turn away from ungodliness and from worldly lusts and lead a life of self-control and righteousness. Solomon's Proverbs 25:28 states that the one whose spirit is not in control is like a city whose walls have been besieged and destroyed. Through moderation we can control our self.

Along with this, faith, love and patience should be firm.

Faith - Must be firm in Jesus. Not those who go astray, but those who see Jesus in everything, are not those who work with their wisdom, but those who work by the teaching that we have received from Jesus. Your faith in Jesus is what gives you victory from this world 1 John 5:4-5.

Love - You are the one who loves people. We are going to do to the people as Jesus did. Don't put love only in words, but you should also help people. Jesus not only kept his love to words but also helped us. Reunited us with God the Father, restored the relationship of mankind that had been broken with God. Jesus gave his life for us John 15:12-17 Jesus commanded us that we should love one another, so hold on to the love.

Patience - Christians should also be patient in their lives. Patience is one of God's qualities.

God was patient by which the Israelites were able to reach the land of Canaan. God endured and gave the people of Nineveh 40 days to repent and the people repented and God changed his will (Jonah 3:4-5, 10) This quality of endurance is present in us humans. This quality of patience should be in us also because by this quality we get blessings in our personal life and also become a source of blessings for the lives of others. Do you remember the troubles Job faced. He also suffered scorn from his friends but still he held on to patience. And with patience, Job could again be the recipient of blessings in his life. It was because of his patient nature that even his friends could be forgiven by God (Job 42).

By being patient, you make your life stronger. The person who loses patience in his life does not remain stable in troubles. Because without patience, you cannot bring your intelligence to work, due to which you get stuck in the problem. James 1:4 tells us to let patience do all its work so that you may be perfect, and you may not lack anything. By being patient, you become strong in many things.

When we bring these things in our life, then we are going to give a new look to our life, leaving the old things, we become new. We leave the bad conduct we were in before Christ, because 2 Corinthians 5:17 states that we are a new creation. Therefore, let go of the old humanity and make new ones.

Amen.

Title : Let no-one Despise your young life but be a positive young influencer “In Speech”

Bible : 1 Timothy 4:12, James 3:1-18

Key verse : 1 Timothy 4:12 Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.

Hello,

people of God.

It is great to see everyone here again.

I hope you are well and doing great in your area of studies, office, business, or home, and whatever you may do, do it for the glory of the Lord, and then there will be joy.

Nowadays, I am so preoccupied with my studies that I wake up around 7 a.m. and go to bed around 1 a.m. or 2 a.m.Hardly 5-6 hours I am able to sleep. Sometimes it is very difficult for me, but whenever I feel difficult.

I tell myself that I am doing this for the glory of God.

I want to encourage you with this thing, whatever you are doing, do it for the glory of the Lord.

Paul says in 1 Corinthians 10:31 (So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.)

God gave us his promise word this year.

1 Timothy 4:12 (NIV)

Do not let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.

Last year when we came into this place, Hudson line, everything was new for us. Maybe we  were new for this society, and for some months we faced some issues here, but I do believe by our speech, conduct, love, faith, and purity they could be able to see the goodness of our God.

The Letter of 1 Timothy was written by Paul to his young son in the ministry while Paul was in prison. And when Paul was writing this letter to Timothy, he was around 30 years of age, and he was serving as a church leader in Ephesus. And Paul hinted that some members doubted Timothy’s leadership abilities because he was young.

So Paul’s advice to Timothy is to represent yourself so well that they do not even have time to think about your age but respect your maturity in the Lord.

In 1 Timothy 4:12, Paul explains to Timothy how he could behave and live among others.

Whenever a pastor asks me about our church, I always emphasise one thing: in our church, everyone is young. Not only because we are under 35 years old, but we are all young from the inside.

Whenever I see or meet young brothers and sisters, I feel burdened by seeing their lives, because in today’s time, young people are trapped in the web of bad things, I hope that we pray with burden for such people so that they also come into the light.

Here Paul instructs Timothy, Do not look down on you because you are young. it is natural for people to look down on younger generations just because they are young and inexperienced, but Paul says to Timothy that you can pay attention to your elder or believer by your own good character.

And he gave him five ways that he should set an example.

Can anyone tell me that five ways?

  1. Speech, 2. Conduct, 3. Love, 4. Faith, and 5. Purity.

Can you repeat with me?

Let no-one despise your young life but be a positive young influencer in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.

So in this morning's first way "in speech", other ways we will see in our coming sermons.

Today we will deal with "Let no-one despise your young life but be a positive young influencer in speech" and to understand it, I want to take your attention into James 3:1-12

One author said, "Words make worlds." Through this, she meant that words have the power to create things, people, experiences, art, relationships, etc.

Do you know the first book of the Bible? Genesis.

The first verse of Genesis 1 says, "In the Beginning, God created the Heavens and the Earth."

He did not use his hands, he did not borrow some materials to make things, he did not ask anyone for help.

But all he did was speak, through his word.

God said, "Let there be light," and there was light.

Words make worlds, words even make us.

Do you know, how words make us?

Some of us are working confidently in this church, or in your office, or in your study, because somebody spoke to you, about your talent, gift, skill, and qualities.

But some of us are insecure, afraid, and hopeless because of words. Maybe somebody has spoken to us.

Sometimes, my own words create fear inside of me. No-one is telling me anything, but my feelings connect to my memory that involved words.

So today I want to tell you word is so powerful.

Proverbs 18:21a says "The tongue has the power of life and death.

Let’s open with me this morning James 3:1-12

  1. Not many of you should become teachers, my fellow believers, because you know that we who teach will be judged more strictly.

2 We all stumble in many ways. Anyone who is never at fault in what they say is perfect, able to keep their whole body in check.

3 When we put bits into the mouths of horses to make them obey us, we can turn the whole animal.

4 Or take ships as an example. Although they are so large and are driven by strong winds, they are steered by a very small rudder wherever the pilot wants to go.

5 Likewise, the tongue is a small part of the body, but it makes great boasts. Consider what a great forest is set on fire by a small spark.

6 The tongue also is a fire, a world of evil among the parts of the body. It corrupts the whole body, sets the whole course of one’s life on fire, and is itself set on fire by hell.

7 All kinds of animals, birds, reptiles and sea creatures are being tamed and have been tamed by mankind,

8 but no human being can tame the tongue. It is a restless evil, full of deadly poison.

9 With the tongue we praise our Lord and Father, and with it we curse human beings, who have been made in God’s likeness.

10 Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers and sisters, this should not be.

11 Can both fresh water and salt water flow from the same spring?

12 My brothers and sisters, can a fig tree bear olives, or a grapevine bear figs? Neither can a salt spring produce fresh water.

Let’s pray.

Dear God, thank you that you love us, protect us and teach us every time. Lord in this morning also, teach us that how we can example for your kingdom and for your glory. May you fill us all with your heavenly wisdom and help us all understand today’s word.

We all pray in Jesus' name. Amen

In James, the term "tongue" in this passage is a reference to our words or our speech.

It is a blessing for human beings that we are made in his image and we have the ability to speak in words.

God speaks in words, and he gave this gift of communication to us, so we are able to speak in words.

As our deeds are evidence of our faith,  so also are our words.

Jesus said in Matthew 12:34b, "For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.

What is in my heart, Can I show it by tearing my chest? No

If there is anything in my heart, it comes out in my words.

Words reveal what is in our hearts.

In today's passage, James 3:1-12.

James reveals three things to us.

  1. The word/speech has the power to direct (3:1-4)

Why does James start his text by saying that not many of you should become teachers?

Because in the early church, many people tried to be teachers and leaders, because a teacher had honour, respect, and position. Therefore, everyone wanted to be teacher. No one wanted to be a learner. Everyone in the church wanted to teach.

So James says here, you should not all be inspired to be teachers, because of the great disadvantage, that they will be judged more strictly on the day of judgement (Luke 12:47-48).

I think the biggest challenge of being a preacher is for me to live what I preach. It is easy to talk to others, but the hard part is to take home what I preach and live according to it.

It is not easy to preach all this truth and then have to live it in daily life. It will not do any good for me, to tell others what to do, if I do not practise what I preach.

In verse 2 James says, if any man does not stumble in his words or his speech, that person is mature. And that man will be able to control his whole body. If you can control your tongue, that will direct you through life in the right way. Because our words have the power to direct, that can be in a good way or a bad way too.

And to understand it, James uses two illustrations (horse and ship).

I did horse riding, when I went to Shimla, it was horrible riding because I did not know how to control it and the whole night, pain was in my whole body.

That big and powerful horse animal with that little tiny bit in its mouth can be led, directed, and guided.

So our tongue can have a significant influence and direction in our lives.

Second word he used here ship, which is guide by very small rudder.

Very small bit, very big horse, very small rudder, very big ship.

very large ship, turned around just a rudder, and so in our speech that our tongue directs us.

Having control of the tongue means that you have control of  the whole body,

  1. The word has the power to destroy (3:5-8)

If we do not control our word, then it will not guide, but bring disaster, It will bring pain, it will bring wounds, It will bring brokenness, it will bring sadness, because if our word is not in control, then it is somewhere destroying things.

James says our tongue is like fire.

Did you ever see a small spark turn into a big fire?

i did a lot of time, a small matchstick, fire all over the ground. A small spark catches fire very quickly in a dry place. if someone is already dry from inside, and if you just give one small spark by your word, it will burn him/her.

So James says our tongue is like fire, Satan try to use our tongue a lot, because our words can inflict bigger wounds on someone than slapping their cheek.

If we do not control, our words, they will lead us to destruction.

But James also says we cannot control our tongue. Yes we cannot control it, but Jesus says, what is impossible with man is possible with God.

If we ask to God, he will help us to control our tongue.

Once words have escaped our mouth, there is no bringing them back. We cannot get them back. Therefore, think before you speak. (James 1:19)

Our mouth is used most of the time to spread gossip. It can destroy a church, it can destroy relationships, it can destroy family love.

So always question yourself before you share anything with anyone, or even yourself.

Is it true? What do I know or what do I share?

Next, it may be true, but ask yourself, is it necessary? Is this information I am about to share necessary for this person?

Next, is it beneficial to what I am sharing? What good comes out of this conversation?

Next, do I have permission to share this information?

And last, what is my motivation behind what I am sharing?

If we find anything ungodly, then do not share it.

Be careful what comes from our mouth.

If you cannot speak in right way, it is better to close your mouth and when you practise it in the right way, it will be more powerful in the right way, and used for God’s glory.

Proverbs 18:21a says "The tongue has the power of life and death.

As we speak for someone, we have ability to build him/her up or tear them down.

What are we doing?

Ephesian 4:29 (use your word to build someone up)

  1. The word display our heart (3:9-12)

In this verse James is speaking about doble-tongued, in worship time tongue praise God with sweet words. But when this same tongue go out it speak evil of their brother.

Luke 6:45 says A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. for the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.

What is in our heart comes out of our mouth, as same what is on the tree, comes out in the fruit.

What is in my life that will come in my mouth.

Here James uses illustrations from nature. If someone pray sound is so sweet, but that person is not really sweet, then they are like sweet poison.

In nature, only one kind of water comes out of any one spring. From a fresh water spring comes from fresh water, and from a salt water spring comes salt water.

In the same way only one kind of fruit comes from any one tree. From a fig tree comes figs, and from a grapevine comes grapes. And we can recognise the spring by its water and the tree by its fruit.

In the same way, we can recognise ourselves by our speech. If I am speaking evil and bitter, it’s because of my heart,

But James explain in 3:17 how we can convert our word into blessing word?

How can we convert our tongue into a life-giving tongue?

It is by the wisdom form above(Heaven/Gods wisdom)

If we have the wisdom of God, then our speech will be a blessing for us and for others. Because God’s wisdom is pure, peaceable(always tries to do what leads to peace), gentle(care about others), open to reason/submissive (respect other thoughts and desire), full of mercy(do not judge others but always ready to forgive other), good fruit (fruit of the spirit), impartial (do not take sides or show favouritism), sincere (never tries to deceive someone for his own gain)

Is our wisdom and our speech sincere?

Dear brothers and sisters,

Our words and our actions are like a drop of perfume.

With one drop of good perfume, we can make others feel happy.

With one drop of bad perfume, we can make others miserable.

If we put one drop of black ink into one basket of pure water, the entire water becomes black.

If we put one drop of yellow ink into one basket of pure water, the entire water becomes yellow.

With one word, we can encourage others to go high.

With one word, we can discourage others from giving up.

Our word and actions, even the smallest, is like a perfume, seed, ink which can change others, society, church into good directions or bad directions.

We have a blessing in our tongue, if we use it for the purpose that God gave us tongue.

We have a weapon to kill everyone, if we use it for the purpose that devil desires.

A good word spoken at the right time is better than golden apples in a silver basket.

Dear brothers and sisters,

Yes, we are all young people. Be thankful to God, feel blessed that God called us in our young life. Do not use filthy language, do not take lords name in vain, do not gossip, or slander others, do not hurtful or rude with others, but use your words to encourage, use your word to give someone new life, and use your words to praise God.  God expects for us to obey his word in our speech.

My sisters, brothers, partners, elders of my CLF Church. I believe you will not let no-one despise your young life but you will be a positive young influencer "In Speech in this week.

Amen.

Let us pray.

Lord, help us to set an example to our siblings, to our parents, to our colleagues, and even those older than us. God, we want to honour you with our speech and give us power to control our tongue.

In Jesus' name we pray.

Amen

Title :The Importance of the Bible

Bible 2 Timothy 3:16-17

16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness,

17 so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

Praise the lord.

It's nice to see you in the house of the lord.

I hope you will be great by the grace of God and you will be getting better in your life.

Many times, when we make good decisions in our lives, we feel very happy and pat ourselves on the back.

In the same way, I hope that the Lord will be very pleased with you by choosing to come to the house of the Lord.

When we choose many things in the days of our youth, we have chosen the Lord.

The Lord bless you all this morning.

When I was young, I am still young, and when I first came to this church, it was Pastor Caleb.

And in those early days, he told me one thing: this book will change your life, it will explain to you who you are.

I thought to myself, "Hey, how can this ordinary book tell about my life and change my life?" and laughed at his words.

But today, whenever I remember his words, I can say that what he said in 2009 was true.

And whatever the change is in me today, even if it is a little, it is from the words of God.

Let’s open together 2 Timothy 3:16-17

16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness,

17 so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

Amen .

Let’s pray...

Before going into today’s sermon, I want to share with you the story of a clay cup.

There was a couple who went into antiques, and pottery teacup store,

They saw a beautiful cup, and when they saw it they said, "We have never looked so beautiful."

And as soon, they handed it, suddenly the cup spoke, I have not always been a teacup."

There was a tie when I was on red clay.

My master took me and rolled me, patted me, I shouted, "Leave me alone," but my master smiled. "Not yet."

Cup said that then he placed me on a spinning wheel, and I was driven around here and there.

I cried, "Please stop, I am getting dizzy," but the master said not yet.

Then my master put me in the oven, and I never felt such heat, and I wondered why he wanted to burn me. I knocked on the oven door, but he said not yet.

Finally, the door opened, he put me on the shelf and left me to cool off, and I said that is better.

Then he brushed and painted me all over, and that was horrible, I cried, please stop it, stop it, but he shook his neck. Not yet.

Then suddenly he put me back into the oven ,but at this time the oven temperature was 2 times higher, I could not breathe, It was suffocating for me.

I cried, I pleaded, please open the door, but he was nodding his head, saying not yet.

I had lost all hope, and now I was ready to give up, but suddenly the door opened and he took me out and placed me on the shelf.

And after one hour, he gave me a mirror and said, "Look at yourself," and as soon as I saw myself.

I said that is not me. That could not be me.

It is beautiful, I am beautiful.

Then the master said to me, I know it hurts to be rolled, so I spun you around on the wheel, kept you under the hot oven, brushed you, painted you, and put you back in a second time with double heat.

If I do not put you through such a process, you will not be able to be a good product.

In the same way the word of God is for our life, the word of God wants to make us the final product, as he wants us to see.

Many times we consider this book as normal. Yes, it can be normal. If I do not read and believe that this is the word of the Lord, if I do not act seriously when I read it, if I do not do as it says, then it is a normal book and it will be a normal book for me forever.

What is this Bible for you?

Is this a gift for you?  My husband gifted it to me, I will not consume it. It was given to me by my best friend. I will keep it under the big box. It is a sign of my mother-pastor, so I will keep it nicely, but I will not open it.

It is very important to know, what this bible is for me, before reading it.

Over the years, many people have rejected this Bible.

Many Roman Empires promised to destroy the Bible completely, but they failed because they are not here today but this Bible is in my hands and in your hands.

Many scholars and professors came against it, but they could not write down any book better than the Bible.

The entire world could not do better than this bible in terms of wisdom, morality, light, and love.

because it is not easy and it would never happen.

There is no Book in all the world that is like the Bible.

This bible is really much more then library, highest number of the books has been quoted on the base of the Bible.

In history, the bible is the world’s most read and purchased book.

It was written by more than 40 authors during a period of 200 years, and in three different language.

The Bible is the most translated book, most quoted book, most influenced book, and most prosecuted book.

But it never failed, because it is the word of God, a living word of God.

It was given by God himself, and it is the word of God.

2 Timothy 3: 16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness,

17 so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

This letter was written by Paul to his ministry partner, Brother Timothy. The Apostle Paul was in prison when he was writing to Timothy. And he knew that he would not be able to come out of this prison and that soon he would die. So in this letter, he writes this final message to Timothy. He requested that Timothy come for one final visit before Paul is executed, so that he could give him church planting work. Even Paul encouraged to Timothy that he had appointed a prefect disciple, who could teach the word of God, and also he encouraged him to keep his focus on the word of God.

Many time we shares among us that I love Bible Matthew a lot, some says I like bible revaluation a lot, some says I like bible Genesis a lot.

but Paul says to Timothy very important things that all scripture is God-breathed.

All scripture means From Genesis to Revaluation, every verse of the Bible, both old testament and new testament, is written by the inspiration and guidance of God.

When we see it, in the Hebrew Bible, it says it is the breath of God. When God opened his mouth, he gave his word.

It is the same as when we open our mouth in winter, a stream comes out of our mouth. Through it, we can recognise that someone is talking.

In the same way, when God opened his mouth, she spoke his word. That is this Bible.

Let’s open 2 Peter 1:20-21

20 Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet’s own interpretation of things.

21 For prophecy never had its origin in the human will, but prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.

The Old Testament Prophecies did not come about by the prophet’s own interpretation. Rather, the prophets wrote down what God spoke to them.

The prophets were carried along by the Holy Spirit. The Greek word "carried along" was commonly used in connection with sailing ships, such ships were carried along by the wind.

The sailors/seaman would put up the sails and the wind would carry the ship along.

In the same way, the old Testament prophets put up their sails and the Holy Spirit carried them along.

The prophets opened their mouths and the Holy Spirit guided their thoughts and their tongues.

Therefore, every word in the bible is God’s own word.

After that, Paul points out the benefits and purpose of the word of God.

All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness,

  1. Teaching - As I mentioned at the start of my sermon, my pastor told me that this bible will teach you everything. And right now I can guarantee you that this bible changed my life.

Without bible we cannot understand God, God’s world, and the things in the world with God’s word.

The Bible always teaches us, what is right.

The Bible instruct us, how should be our family life, how should be our relationship with God, How should be our relationship among our brothers and sisters, how should be our relationship with our government.

There is nothing the Bible does not talk about. The Bible is capable of answering all our questions.

And when we go wrong in our life, then the bible rebukes us.

  1. Rebuking – I have spent a lot of time in God, but I am not to say that I am very right, because  when I open this bible, it is also rebuking me, not to look down but just to tell me that Jatin, you are making a mistake here. Correct it.

If our thing is lost, but as soon as the light comes on it, we get it.

In the same way, the Bible reveals our mistakes and tells us that it is wrong.

Therefore, God’s word not only teaches us, but also helps us be aware when we have not properly responded to that truth(God’s word).

For example – we might learn that man is made in the image of God. And if we mistreat anyone, or shout at someone, then we will sense the Holy Spirit/word of God making us aware of our guilt.

The Bible not only tells us what is right and wrong, but always helps us to correct our mistakes.

  1. Correcting – Bible does not only tell us of our wrong actions and motivations. But the Bible builds us up back to where we should be. It is different between the world and God, or in other words, between evil and God. Satan, always tell your mistake, brother Praveen, you did this wrong. So bad you are, or sister, you are so bad because you shared her secret with others. Can you understand? He tries to make you feel guilty so that you may give up. But God's word not only tells us what we're doing wrong, but it also shows us how to fix it.

Through God's words, he encourages us through teaching about forgiveness and restoration, to get peace.

Think of how Jesus encouraged Peter after his betrayal. This is the power of God’s word, not only to tell our story but encourage us to solve it.

Finally, it not only corrects us, but this bible helps us to continue in the correct way. That means it trains us.

  1. Training – This Bible trains us to rightly live in relationship with others. God not only teaches us that we should have a good marriage, but he also teaches us how to keep it going. This Bible trained us the same as the way parents train their children.

The bible is like GPS for our life. We are on a journey, we have put in location. If any turn and flyover come together, we get confused and we take the wrong turn. Then GPS tells us that we are on the wrong way, and it tells us now which way we should take. And then GPS helps us to continue on that path.

But the Bible does not leave us with teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training. It’s given us purpose 17 so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

If you will in Hindi there is written ताकि परमेश्‍वर का जन सिद्ध बनेऔर हर एक भले काम के लिये तत्पर हो जाए।

God gave the Bible to ensure that the man of God is perfect.

What is perfect? Can anyone be perfect in this world?

Is it possible for anyone to be perfect in their work? No

It means that we cannot be perfect, but we can be perfect and do good work if we apply this Bible, because someday before Mukesh Ambani was better than Adani, but now Adani is better than Ambani. If we see by work, no one can be perfect.

It means that we cannot be perfect, but we can be perfect and do good work if we apply this bible.

Dear brothers and sisters,

Many people open their bibles only on Sunday,

But if we eat about three times daily to sustain our body’s strength, but if we get one meal of God’s word a week, no wonder will happen in our faith.

We must value our Bible, not because it has a beautiful front page, not because it was given to me as a gift, but value it because it is the living word of God.

And if we truly value it, we will take the time to study and read it.

Amen .
